Sotto’s Roasted Patate | Serves 4
A fan-favorite side dish! Sotto's roasted fingerling potatoes tossed in a salsa verde sauce.

Remove the plastic lid. Preheat the oven to 400°. Place into the oven on the middle rack for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are warmed through and outer edges are crispy. Transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl & toss with salsa verde until well coated. Drizzle with red wine vinegar & season with salt & pepper to taste.
