Domo prevents you from serving your family another hodge-podge meal made of whatever was in your fridge or another trip to the drive-through.
With Domo, you can now put a full dinner spread on the table with little-to-no effort, giving you more time to enjoy with your family or friends (or a glass of wine). Don’t worry about the dishes because there’s no clean-up necessary.

What is Domo at Home?
Domo at Home dinners are made by chefs, delivered by us, finished by you.
Our chefs prepare the meals 95% of the way and you finish the last 5% at home - in the oven or on the stovetop. Meals are no mess, no stress, and you get all the credit.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to many Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky zip codes. You can check to see if you're in the radius using the widget at the top of our website.
When can I order?
Our menu is goes live on Sunday evenings for delivery Tuesday-Sunday. You can schedule your order in advance or order for same-day delivery until 2:00 pm. Sign up for our emails to get notified about menu releases!
How often does your menu change?
Our weekly menu will feature one new meal every week! Some of the meals on our menu will change seasonally and other fan-favorites (hello, Nada enchiladas!) will always be on the menu.
When do you deliver?
Our weekly menu items are delivered on Tuesday-Sunday. Holidays & special occasions have various delivery dates.
Who should I contact if I have specific delivery instructions or want contactless delivery?
Want us to leave your order in a cooler? Have a sleeping baby? Is Google maps your address's mortal enemy? Give us all the deets in the delivery notes when you get to check-out! Our concierge team will relay them to your delivery driver.
If you think of something after you place your order, no sweat. Please email us at email@example.com our concierge team will take care of you.
Can I change my delivery date or cancel my order?
For weekly menu orders, it is best if you are able to give us notice 24 hours in advance so our chefs can prep accordingly! However, as long as your order isn’t already on the way to your doorstep, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our concierge will look into it for you.
For holidays & special occasions, it gets crazy around here and we ask that you please send us an email at least 48 hours in advance.
Who should I contact if I have a delivery issue?
Ah, man... we hate to hear that your experience with us is hitting a snag. Please reach out to our concierge at email@example.com and we will look into this ASAP.
How much is delivery?
We have a $10 delivery fee on all standard delivery days. Holidays & special events may vary.
Am I able to pick up my order?
Not yet! Right now, we don't have a physical storefront to offer pick-up orders.
If you're not in the radius, we'd be happy to deliver to your office, friend, or family member within our range.
Where can I find instructions for my meal?
Each item you order will either come with an instruction card or the instructions will be stickered to the meal itself.
If you've misplaced instructions or want to preview them before buying, you can always find the instructions for a meal listed on the individual meal pages on our menu.

Do you have options that fit my dietary needs?
Depending on the menu that week we may have an option for you!
You can always look through the common allergens listed on the individual meal pages on our menu.

Can I send Domo as a gift?
That’s a FANTASTIC idea! Your people definitely deserve Domo.

How long does Domo last in the fridge? Can I freeze my meal?
Domo meals will be at optimal deliciousness the day they’re delivered! But, we know that life happens and dinner plans change by the minute, so if you need to, you can refrigerate your meal for 48 hours. Our meals are never frozen & we don’t recommend freezing them at home either. (But, once it’s at your house, we can’t tell you what to do!)
Is your packaging recyclable?
We do our best to source recyclable, reusable, and compostable packaging when available.
Most of the containers we use are from World Centric which uses bamboo, plant fiber and clear compostable PLA. The roasting pans are reusable. If you have ideas for more sustainable packaging, we would love to hear them!
Do I need to tip my driver?
Tips are not required but Domo drivers appreciate them. You can add a tip before checkout.
Can I order Domo for a large party?
You can do whatever you want! We'd love to help you be the host-with-the-most! Send us an email to our concierge at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you celebrate Domo-style.
