Sotto’s Lasagna Bolognese Entrée | Serves 4

Remove from refrigerator, remove the plastic lid, & place on the counter for one hour before cooking. Preheat the oven to 450° & prepare to cook on the middle rack. Place foil-covered lasagna on a sheet tray & into the oven's middle rack for 20-25 minutes Remove the foil, & bake for an additional 10 minutes uncovered, or until golden.

Remove lasagna from oven & rest on a cooling rack for at least 15 minutes.
