Nada’s Braised Chicken Enchiladas Entrée | Serves 4
Chef Falk's wife's favorite dish! Braised chicken, sweet corn, black beans, Chihuahua cheese in flour tortillas.

Preheat the oven to 425° & prepare to cook on the middle rack. Remove the plastic cover & place the foil-covered pan of enchiladas on a sheet tray on the middle rack in the oven & cook for 20-25 minutes. Carefully remove the foil & place the uncovered pan back in the oven for 5-10 more minutes until the cheese is golden. You know your oven best; cook time may vary, but you’re looking for hot bubbling sauce.
