Spaetzle Casserole topped with Avril Bleh sausages, sauerkraut, & mozzarella with a side of German potato salad with cauliflower, plus Dijon mustard.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325° & prepare to cook on the middle rack. While oven is preheating, unpack your meal.
Step 2
Place the foil-covered pan of spaetzle casserole & sausages on a sheet tray on the middle rack in the oven for 30 minutes. You know your oven best; cook time may vary, but you’re looking for the casserole to be warm throughout.
Step 3
Remove the pan from the oven & carefully remove the foil. The German potato salad comes ready to eat & should be served chilled. Serve hot spaetzle casserole & sausages with provided dijon mustard for dipping.
