Nada's Queso & Chips | Appetizer for 4

Gently heat the queso in a small sauce pan on the stove over medium heat until bubbling, stirring continuously. Garnish with scallions & serve with chips. To reheat thick queso, add splashes of water while reheating to thin the cheese. If you have a small crock pot, place in the pot over warm to keep queso hot.
