You can find this Tuscan classic on Sotto's Lunch menu as Penne alla "Vecchia Bettola". Roughly translated to "old rundown house", the Vecchia Bettola Restaurant is famous for serving their penne pasta in a creamy and very rich tomato sauce.

Our homage has penne pasta tossed with a creamy tomato sauce made with San Marzano tomatoes, Calabrian peppers, heavy cream, butter, onion, and garlic.
