Sotto’s Lasagna Bolognese Entrée Pan Only (Italian Weekend)
Sotto’s classic Lasagna Bolognese dinner.
Difficulty: So easy!
Time: 1 hr. 30 min.
Step 1: Pull from your refrigerator, remove the plastic lid, & place it on the counter for one hour before cooking. Preheat the oven to 450° & prepare to cook on the middle rack. (this is the most important step!)
Step 2: Put the foil-covered lasagna on a sheet tray & place it in the oven on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes, remove the foil, & bake for 10 minutes uncovered, or until golden. You know your oven best.
Step 3: Pull out the lasagna & rest it on the counter, ideally on a cooling rack for at least 15 minutes. Enjoy!
