Wagyu all-beef meatloaf with housemade ketchup glaze & crispy buttermilk onions served on top of decadent mashed potatoes.

Time: 1 hr. 10 min.
Preheat the oven to 400°& prepare to cook on the middle rack. Place the pan on the counter for 20 minutes before cooking. Remove plastic lid, place foil-covered pan onto a sheet tray, and place into the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until heated through. Let rest for 5-10 minutes. Gently heat the glaze in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring every 2-3 minutes until hot. Garnish with glaze, crispy onions, & chives before serving.
