Brown-Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (Italian Weekend)
Made with french butter, Valrhona chocolate, & sea salt.Difficulty: So easy!
Time: 20 min.
Preheat the oven to 350° & prepare to cook on the middle rack. Put the cookies in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until just cooked through. DO NOT OVERCOOK! You want just crispy edges & soft in the middle. Remove cookies from the oven & let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, but definitely eat while warm!
